Our vacation home is located in a quiet side street with little traffic and all stores for daily needs are within easy walking distance.
The living area presents itself bright and friendly designed, ideal for relaxing. Here you will find a comfortable couch, a dining table for 2 people and a modern smart TV.
In addition, the living area has an extensively equipped kitchenette. It includes a microwave with grill function, an induction hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, cutlery, china dishes, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, thermos and egg boiler.
The apartment also includes a spacious bedroom and a daylight bathroom with shower and bathtub. The bedroom is equipped with a spacious double bed (180 x 200 cm), a closet including a mirror and a practical desk. In the daylight bathroom you will find a hairdryer and a clothes horse for your comfort.
The bathtub offers an ideal opportunity to pamper yourself with a relaxing bubble bath and a glass of Palatinate wine.
As guests of this vacation apartment you also have access to the spacious, south-facing terrace of our vacation home. This is available to all guests of our 4 vacation apartments. Relax on the comfortable deck chairs and enjoy the sun or end the evening with a glass of first-class Palatinate wine. You can barbecue in the rear area of the terrace. A barbecue is available for this purpose. There is also a covered area with a large table and seating for up to twelve people.
Dogs are welcome in this vacation apartment. We have provided food bowls for your four-legged friends in the apartment.
Our WLAN is available to you free of charge in the entire vacation home.
Four spacious parking spaces are available for our guests directly in front of the vacation home. It is also possible to park on the roadside.
In addition, the vacation home has a basement where your bikes can be stored safely and dryly. There you will also find sockets where you can charge your e-bikes for free. The cellar is located at the back of the house and is accessible via the terrace and a path on the side. There are no stairs to climb.
Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in your booking. However, you have the option of adding these during the booking process or later via our guest guide. We would like to point out that we do not make the beds in advance, but provide the fresh bed linen for you. This procedure allows you to see for yourself that the bed linen is fresh and carefully cleaned.
Allergy-friendly pillows, blankets and mattress protectors are provided by us at no extra cost.
Of course, you can also bring your own bed linen and towels if you prefer. If you would like to bring your own bed linen, please note the following dimensions: our comforters are 135 x 200 cm and our pillows are 80 x 80 cm.
Smoking is not permitted in the entire vacation home.

14 nights or more: 10% discount
28 nights or more: 20% discount
When booking through our booking system, the discount is automatically taken into account.
Bed linen and towels are not included in your booking. These can be booked during the booking process, or afterwards via our guest folder.
Bed linen set: 12 € per person and booking.
Towels - set (1 shower towel, 2 towels, 2 washcloths): 8 € per person and booking.
