Our vacation home is located in a quiet side street with little traffic and all stores of daily needs are within walking distance.
The bright and friendly designed living and dining area invites you to relax. Here you will find a spacious couch, a dining table for 4 people and a large smart TV.
From there you can access the spacious terrace, which is located on the sunny south side of the vacation home. On the cozy seating you can start the day with a delicious outdoor breakfast or end the evening with a picturesque sunset. Comfortable deck chairs are available for additional relaxation. The terrace can be used by all guests of our 4 vacation apartments.
You can barbecue in the rear area of the terrace. A barbecue is available for this purpose. There is also a covered area with a large table and seating for up to twelve people.
The kitchen is extensively equipped, including stove/oven, refrigerator with freezer, cutlery, china dishes, contact grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, thermos and egg boiler.
The apartment also has a spacious bedroom and a daylight bathroom with shower. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a closet with mirror. In addition, a baby crib including bed linen and a high chair can be booked for a fee. In the daylight bathroom you will also find a hairdryer and a handy clothes horse.
The pull-out sofa bed in the living and dining area can comfortably accommodate two additional guests. The couch can be converted into a comfortable sleeping place (approx. 140 x 200 cm) with the help of a topper.
Dogs are welcome in this vacation apartment. We have provided food bowls for your four-legged friends in the apartment.
Our WLAN is available to you free of charge in the entire vacation home.
Four spacious parking spaces are available for our guests directly in front of the vacation home. It is also possible to park on the roadside.
In addition, the vacation home has a basement where your bikes can be stored safely and dryly. There you will also find sockets where you can charge your e-bikes for free. The cellar is located at the back of the house and is accessible via the terrace and a path on the side. There are no stairs to climb.
Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in your booking. However, you have the option of adding these during the booking process or later via our guest guide. We would like to point out that we do not make the beds in advance, but provide the fresh bed linen for you. This procedure allows you to see for yourself that the bed linen is fresh and carefully cleaned.
Allergy-friendly pillows, blankets and mattress protectors are provided by us at no extra cost.
Of course, you can also bring your own bed linen and towels if you prefer. If you would like to bring your own bed linen, please note the following dimensions: our comforters are 135 x 200 cm and our pillows are 80 x 80 cm.
Smoking is not permitted in the entire vacation home.

For up to 2 guests 85 € per night. Winter discount from 01.11.2024 to 28.02.2025: 77 € per night.
For each additional guest 10 € per night.

Final cleaning: 65 €
For longer stays we offer a discount.
14 nights or more: 10% discount
28 nights or more: 20% discount
When booking through our booking system, the discount is automatically taken into account.
Bed linen and towels are not included in your booking. These can be booked during the booking process, or afterwards via our guest folder.
Bed linen set: 12 € per person and booking.
Towels - set (1 shower towel, 2 towels, 2 washcloths): 8 € per person and booking.
